Abstract:In this paper, a model of aspheric lens molding process was established and all the boundary conditions were set. Through the finite element software, the heating and pressing processes were simulated and the glass residual stress distribution and strain distribution after pressing process were studied. Finally, the optimum molding temperature and the minimum heating time for the D-ZK3 glass were predicted. The relationship between molding temperature and maximum residual stress, molding velocity and average residual stress were all clarified.
