    摘要:

    为研究制约盾构机-地层状态识别的基础性问题,促进基于可掘性的盾构施工地层分类分级相关研究。基于可钻性原理,对现有盾构施工地层的可掘性概念、意义及关键问题进行了梳理,总结提出了表示可掘性的位移、强度和能量三类指标体系;初步优选了其代表性指标:贯入度Prev,场切入指数FPI和掘进比能SE。结合某盾构隧道工程,对掘进过程中盾构的施工参数及可掘性指标变化规律进行了时程分析,提出了盾构掘进中的4个主要工作阶段。分别从单环掘进的不同工作阶段、包括三类地层条件的近150环施工统计数据,以及结合相关文献研究结果三个方面分析了可掘性指标间的相关性,发现贯入度、场切入指数和掘进比能间具有较好的统一性,可用以表示盾构施工地层的可掘性。辅以工程中出现的特殊地层对可掘性响应反馈盾构机-地层状态的可行性进行了案例分析。最后,对可掘性问题研究进行了思考,认为盾构施工地层的分类研究应侧重地层主要物理力学参量与可掘性的定性试验,以及加快推进由传统地勘向基于可掘性的钻探方法技术发展。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the basic problems that restrict the recognition of shield machine stratum state and promote the research of stratum classification and classification based on drivability. Based on the principle of drillability, the concept, significance and key issues of drivability of shield construction strata are combed; and three index systems of displacement, strength and energy representing drivability are summarized and put forward The representative indexes of drivability are preliminarily optimized: penetration Prev, field penetration index FPI and specific energy SE. Combined with a shield tunnel project, the time history analysis of the change rule of construction parameters and drivability index of shield tunneling is carried out, four main working stages of tunneling are put forward. Based on the different working stages of single ring driving, statistical data of nearly 150 rings shield construction of three kinds of stratum, and the results of relevant literature, the correlation between the drivability indexes is analyzed. There is a good unity among penetration, field penetration index and specific energy, which can be used to express the drivability of shield construction stratum. Combined with the special stratum in the project, the feasibility of response feedback between drivability and shield machine-stratum state is analyzed. At last, the study on the problem of drivability is considered, it is suggested that the study on the classification of strata should focus on the qualitative test of the main physical mechanical parameters of the strata and the drivability, and accelerate the development of traditional geological exploration to drilling methods based drivability.
