    摘要:

    建立了非球面透镜模压模型,设置了相应的边界条件,利用有限元仿真软件对小口径非球面透镜模压成形加热﹑加压过程进行了数值计算,得到了模压后玻璃残余应力分布和应变分布,确定了该材质玻璃的最优模压温度和最短加热时间,并得到了模压温度与最大残余应力、加压速率与平均残余应力的关系。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, a model of aspheric lens molding process was established and all the boundary conditions were set. Through the finite element software, the heating and pressing processes were simulated and the glass residual stress distribution and strain distribution after pressing process were studied. Finally, the optimum molding temperature and the minimum heating time for the D-ZK3 glass were predicted. The relationship between molding temperature and maximum residual stress, molding velocity and average residual stress were all clarified.
