    摘要:

    研究了高层建筑厚板转换结构拓扑优化设计问题.建立了以结构拓扑类型为设计变量、以删除体积比为约束条件、以整体结构柔度最小为目标函数的数学优化模型.基于应变能准则,采用渐进结构优化法(ESO方法)删除低应变能的单元,获取能真实反映结构内部最短传力路径优化模型.通过对竖向荷载作用下各种不同布置方式的剪力墙和柱网形式的转换厚板进行拓扑优化分析,得到其优化模型为空间拉压杆桁架模型.进一步分析了优化后厚板拉杆、压杆的受力性能,推导了拉杆及压杆承载力计算公式.结果表明本文所提出的优化方法是可行的.

    Abstract:

    A topology optimization design method for the thick plate transition structure was proposed. The optimization mathematical model was established in such a form that structure types were design variables, the deletion ratio of volume was constrain condition and the minimum structural flexibility was the objective function. Based on the strain energy criterion, the method of evolutionary structure optimization (ESO) was applied to achieve structural optimization model by deleting elements with low strain energy. Thick plates of various layout of shearing walls and columns subjected to vertical loads were studied, and then space truss model with strut and tie was obtained, which reflected the shortest path of the load transferring in thick plate. Furthermore, the behavior of the tie rod and strut bracing for the thick plate optimized was analyzed,and the formula of bearing capacity was deduced. The result has indicated that the proposed optimization design method is feasible.
