    摘要:

    对一根带加劲肋的钢-混凝土组合蜂窝梁进行了模型试验,考察了该结构在不同荷载作用下的受力和变形特点试验表明,由于剪力次弯矩的影响,组合蜂窝梁孔口截面将先于翼缘板进入屈服,其对变形的影响也不可忽略基于空腹桁架计算理论,考虑加劲肋的影响,推导了组合蜂窝梁应力的计算公式,并与试验结果进行了对比分析,结果表明,理论计算方法可以较为准确地反映圆孔边缘应力的分布规律,弯剪作用下最大应力出现在圆孔截面150~165°处同样采用空腹桁架方法推导了组合蜂窝梁挠度的计算公式,与试验结果、有限元结果和规范建议方法进行了对比,各结果吻合良好,本文计算公式可为组合蜂窝梁正常使用阶段的挠度验算提供参考.

    Abstract:

    An experimental study has been performed on Steel-Concrete Composite Castellated Beam (SCCCB). The basic mechanical performances of SCCCB, such as stress and deformation, were the focus of this study. The test results have indicated that, due to the influence of secondary bending, the peak stress is achieved in porthole. Based on vierendeel truss theory, the formulas considering the effect of ribbed stiffener to calculate the stress of SCCCB were proposed, the theoretical results are consistent with the test results, and the results indicate that the maximum stress of perforated web appears at the angle of 150~165°. Also, a formula for the evaluation of the deflection of SCCCB was derived according to vierendeel truss theory. It is found that this method can satisfy engineering requirements by comparing theoretical results with both experimental and FEM ones. The analytical method can be used for the serviceability limit state design of SCCCB.
