    摘要:

    建立悬架侧倾力学模型,利用结构力学的初参数法,推导出带稳定杆的扭转梁的扭转刚度解析解,在此基础上建立了其等效在车轮处的侧倾角刚度的数学模型,通过与ABAQUS软件建立的有限元模型的仿真结果对比验证其可靠性.结合NSGA-Ⅱ算法对悬架的侧倾角刚度及横梁总质量进行了优化,结果表明横梁质量和侧倾角刚度得到很好的折中,证实了该优化方法较为可靠,对扭转梁后桥开发初级阶段总成特性参数的设计、选择具有理论指导意义.

    Abstract:

    A suspension roll mechanic model was set up, and by using the initial parameter method of structural mechanics, the analytical solution of the torsional stiffness of torsion beam with stabilizer bar was deduced, on the basis of which the mathematical model of its equivalent roll stiffness at the wheels was established. The mathematical model was verified by simulating the corresponding model set up with ABAQUS software. Then, combined with NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm, an optimization was conducted on the roll stiffness and the total quality of the beam. The results have shown that the roll stiffness and total quality of the beam get a good balance and the optimization method is reliable, which has theoretical guidance for the design and choice of characteristic parameters of the torsion beam rear axle in the primary stage of development.
