    摘要:

    提出了新型的具有铆头倾角可调、铆装压力和工作台位移实时测量、自动精密调整铆装终止位置等功能的精密铆合装配专用机床,理论分析了机床的铆头倾角、进给量和铆装力等参数,试制了机床样机.试验结果表明,该机床最大轴向铆装力达30 T,工作台的定位精度小于2 μm,生产效率可达3 000件/班,铆装出的轮毂轴承单元可靠性理论上可达到30万公里以上,满足了轿车轮毂轴承单元的装配要求.

    Abstract:

    A new special machine tool for the precision riveting and assembly of the automotive hub bearing unit was proposed, which could adjust the inclination angle of the rivet tail, real-time measurement of the riveting and assembly force and displacement of the stage, and automatic precision adjustment of stop position of the riveting and assembly. Its parameters, such as the inclination angle of the rivet tail, feed, riveting and assembly force, were theoretically analyzed and the prototype was manufactured. Experiment results show that it has a maximum axial riveting and assembly force of 30 T. The positioning precision of the stage is less than 2 μm and the production efficiency is up to 3 000 pieces per shift. The theoretical reliability of the hub bearing unit produced by the special machine tool is above 300 000 km. It satisfies the assembly requirement of the automotive hub bearing unit.
