    摘要:

    在采用虚拟空间矢量调制策略的二极管钳位型三电平变换器中,参考矢量经过的小三角形区域多,电压畸变率高,且虚拟中矢量幅值无法随着调制比的变化而调节电压畸变率.针对该问题,提出了一种减小线电压谐波畸变率的基于调制比跟踪的虚拟空间矢量调制策略.首先分析了传统虚拟空间矢量调制策略的小三角形区域划分方法,指出其参考矢量经过的小三角形区域多,电压畸变率高;然后提出了一种基于调制比跟踪的虚拟空间矢量调制策略,该策略在虚拟中矢量幅值与传统中矢量幅值的比值等于调制比时线电压总谐波畸变率取得的最小值;最后在Matlab/Simulink平台上验证了所提虚拟空间矢量调制策略,仿真结果证明所提出的调制策略简单、正确、有效.

    Abstract:

    The three-level neutral point clamped (3L-NPC) converters with conventional virtual space vector pulse width modulation (VSVPWM) scheme have some inherent disadvantages. For example, its reference voltage frequently passes through small triangle regions and it has a high total harmonic distortion (THD) of ac voltage which cannot be tuned by the amplitude of the virtual space vector. Aiming to solve the above issues, a modulation ratio tracking-based VSVPWM is proposed in this paper to reduce THD. First, the disadvantages of the division method of small triangle regions in the convention VSVPWM strategy are analyzed in detail. It is found that the THD of the line voltage in the 3L-NPC converter is very high when the conventional VSVPWM strategy is adopted. Second, the proposed VSVPWM strategy based on modulation ratio tracking is proposed in detail. It can be concluded that in the 3L-NPC converter with the proposed VSVPWM strategy when the modulation ratio is equal to the ratio of the virtual medium vector amplitude to medium vector amplitude, the minimum harmonic of the line voltage is achieved. At last, a 3L-NPC converter model in Matlab/Simulink is built to verify the proposed VSVPWM strategy, and the simulation results demonstrate that the proposed VSVPWM strategy is very simple, correct, and effective.
