    摘要:

    针对商用车低速爬坡工况,采用三维计算流体力学仿真分析对某厂商商用车发动机舱热管理进行研究,重点关注其影响冷却系统散热的机理.选取散热器通风量与出口温度作为试验目标,引入正交试验设计与Box-Behnken试验设计,根据响应面回归函数的建立,分析冷凝器与风扇的移动距离与护风罩尺寸的交互效应,并据此进行优化设计.提出一套适用于发动机舱热管理的试验设计与优化流程,为发动机舱内部冷却系统布置提供参考.研究结果表明:冷却系统在商用车机舱内部的布置影响内流场与温度场的分布情况,进而影响舱内散热特性.经过优化设计后,该商用车散热器通风量增加了5.26%,同时出口温度降低了3.44%,机舱散热效率得到显著提高.

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the low-speed climbing condition of a commercial vehicle, a three-dimensional hydrodynamics simulation method is used to study heat management in some commercial vehicle cabins. The mechanism of the heat dissipation influencing the coolant system is focused on. The ventilation rate of the radiator and the outlet temperature of the radiator are taken as the experimental targets. By introducing the orthogonal design and Box-Behnken experiment design method, combined with the establishment and analysis of the regression equation, the relationship between the moving distance of the condenser, the moving distance of the cooling fan, and the extension of the windshield are constructed and optimized. A set of experimental design and optimization processes suitable for engine room thermal management is put forward, which provides a reference for the layout of heat dissipation components in the engine room. The results show that the change in the position of the coolant systems in the commercial vehicle cabin affects the airflow state and temperature field, thus affecting the heat dissipation performance of the engine room. After optimization, the ventilation capacity of the commercial vehicle radiator is improved by 5.26%,the outlet temperature of the radiator is reduced by 3.44%, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the engine room is significantly improved.
