用电化学方法研究了乳化剂ＯＰ在１．０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸中对２０＾＃碳钢的缓蚀作用，发现ＯＰ是一种混合控制型的缓蚀剂，对阴极反应产生表面覆盖效应，而对阳极反应产生负催化效应；微量的ＯＰ与有机胺具有良好的协同缓蚀效应。
