电力设备的故障诊断具有不确定性。应用三角均分模推理系统的能够利用实际故障诊断数据，吸收专家诊断经验，获取与完备故障诊断规则知识，从而有效地诊断电力设备的故障。
It is very difficult to acquire the knowledge for the fault diagnosis of the electric power equipments because of the fuzzy and the stochastic uncertainty of the failure mechanism and the inadequacy of the failure data.B
