研究比较了几类外商直接投资滞后影响测定的模型及各自的优缺点，探讨了外商直接投资滞后模型的选择原则和定阶方法，并运用ＫＯＹＣＫ几何滞后模型测定了外商对华直接投资行为的时滞影响，并对结果进行了实证分析。
