在对ＦＲＡ的基本内涵与作用进行评价的基础上，探讨了ＦＲＡ的定价机制，分析了ＦＲＡ利率对市场利率变化的敏感性。
Basing on the evaluation about the connotation and uses of FRAs,this paper discussed the determination of FRA rates and analysed the sensitivity of FRA rates on the changes of interest rates.
