三相电压的对称输出是衡量交流电源性能的一个重要指标.为了在不平衡负载和非线性负载等条件下获得高质量的输出电压波形,分析了三相UPS输出电压不平衡的机理,提出了在正/负序同步参考坐标系下,应用基于DSP的重复控制与PI控制的复合控制方案,功率开关管采用空间矢量调制(SVPWM)方式,基本消除了负序电压分量,有效地抑制了零序电压分量和谐波分量.研制了30~500 kVA UPS样机,实验结果验证了控制方案的有效性.
The symmetry of three-phase output voltages is very important in the evaluation of the performance of AC power supply. In order to obtain high quality output voltage waveforms of three-phase UPS (uninterruptible power supply) under unbalanced loads and nonlinear loads, this paper analyzed the mechanism of the asymmetry of output voltages of UPS, and proposed a multiplex control scheme combining repetitive control with PI control based on DSP under synchronous positive/negative reference frame coordination. Power switch transistors were applied to Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) model. Negative sequence components of voltages have almost been eliminated, and zero sequence components and harmonics of voltages have been weakened effectively. The prototypes of 30-500 kVA UPS have been developed, and the experiment results have verified the validity of the proposed control scheme.
