Based on the risk identification of dewatering and factor assessment, an emergency warning system was introduced into Metro Line No.4 reconstruction. The purpose and method of emergency warning were established. The impacts on the surrounding environment such as land subsidence and foundation pit deformation were analyzed and quantified in the design of the dewatering project, construction and operation. The risk level was evaluated, the emergency warning system was established, and the measurements of risks were proposed.
