By simulating the space of special environment, the effects of deep cryogenic treatment and thermal-cold cycling treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti , TA7,TC4,TC10 titanium alloys were investigated with hardness test,microstructure ,XRD and SEM analysis. The results have shown that deep cryogenic treatment and thermal-cold cycling treatment can improve the microstructure and the mechanical properties. Furthermore, the twinning of titanium is increased through thermal-cold cycling treatment.
