    为研究冷挤压套筒连接下装配式混凝土梁在冲击荷载作用下的工作性能,开展了6个采用钢筋套筒挤压连接的3种拼接类型梁试件及2个现浇梁试件的落锤冲击试验,并进行了4个对应梁试件的静载对照试验,其中拼接类型包括跨中拼接、两端拼接与叠合梁形式. 研究相同冲击能量下不同的落锤质量和冲击速度对试验梁的破坏形态、跨中挠度、冲击力以及变形耗能等动力响应的影响. 结果表明:不同拼接类型的预制梁与现浇梁的破坏模态与裂缝发展基本一致,但跨中拼接型梁裂缝更集中于拼接缝处,拼接段与冲击位置重合时对结构较为不利;同时钢筋挤压套筒作为预制梁的拼装连接形式是可靠的.在6 762 J冲击能量不变的情况下,冲击质量由230 kg增加到400 kg,对峰值冲击力影响不明显;但均值冲击力有所提高,且3种拼接类型预制梁提高幅度均超过25%. 不同拼接类型预制梁的最大变形耗能与现浇梁相当,占输入能量的50%~70%;在相同能量下增大冲击质量,除中间拼接式预制梁的最大变形耗能变化不明显外,其他试验梁的最大变形耗能增加幅度均超过15%.

    Abstract:

    To investigate the behavior of precast concrete (PC) beams with pressed steel sleeves under impact loads, a total of 6 beams with pressed steel sleeves connection of 3 different assembly types, and 2 cast-in-place reinforced concrete (RC) beams were tested under free-falling drop-weights, while 4 corresponding beams were tested under static load. The assembly form included mid-span splice, end splice, and composite beam forms. The research focused on the effects of different hammer masses and impact velocities on the dynamic responses of the precast concrete beams under the same impact energy, including failure modes, mid-span deflection, impact force, and deformation energy. The results obtained are as follows: the failure modes and crack development of RC and PC beams with different splicing types are basically consistent, but the cracks in mid span splicing beams are more concentrated at the splicing part, and the overlapping of splicing sections and impact positions is more unfavorable to the structure. The pressed steel sleeve is reliable as the assembly and connection form of precast concrete beams. When the impact energy of 6 762 J remains unchanged, the increase of impact mass from 230 kg to 400 kg has little effect on the peak impact force. But the average impact force has increased, and the increase in amplitude of the three types of splicing PC beams exceeds 25%. The maximum deformation energy consumption of PC beams with different splicing types is equivalent to that of RC beams, with a ratio of input energy ranging from 50% to 70%. Except for the mid-joint precast beam, increasing the impact mass at the constant energy increased the maximum deformation energy consumption of the test beam more than 15%.
