    Abstract:

The design of a Low Quiescent Current density LDO Voltage Regulator for RFID was proposed. The main task is to propose a new voltage reference circuit and a new way of using output voltage to provide power to it. The resulted LDO has the advantages of low quiescent current and stable output. The circuit was simulated in CSMC 0.5 μm model. With the changes of the initial voltage in the scope of 3.4~9 V, the output voltage of the circuit has only changed by 0.535 mV, and its own quiescent current is only about 5.79 μA.
