    Abstract:

To realize the hysteretic properties and deformation capability of hybrid structure, six different types of frameshear walls were studied under low reversed cyclic loading. The hysteretic curves of the specimens were obtained. The various factors, which influenced the mechanical behavior by changing the shear wall stiffness, the types of frame column and the compression ratio, were compared. The loading process, failure mode and hysteretic curve of each specimen were analyzed. Finally, it was concluded that the lateral stiffness and deformability of the frameshear wall structure was dependent on the shear wall, the frame could improve the deformation capacity, and steel frame was more helpful to the structure’s seismic performance.
