Fuzzy congruence on lattices was proposed, and then the rough fuzzy sublattice was proposed.This paper focused on the rough fuzzy sublattices and investigated their properties in detail. At last,after introducing fuzzy relational morphisms between lattices,this paper has proved that they preserve upper rough approximations.
