    Abstract:

    A 3D model of the angular contact ball bearing C36018 for satellite was established with Pro/E.Then, the bearing with solid lubrication coating was simulated in explicit dynamics method.Dynamic contact stress and kinematic state under different rotating speeds and axial forces were obtained.Then, comparison was made with a bearing without solid coated lubrication.The result showed that the stress amplitude of the parts increased with the increase of axial force and the time for the ball and retainer to rotate reduced.The stress peak frequency also increased with the increase of rotating speed, while it had no effect on the magnitude.In addition, the contact face with solid lubrication coating formed local distortion to avoid hard contact between parts.Therefore, the bearing could be effectively protected.
