Abstract:Material plant management is the core of iron and steel enterprise management, and storage location choice is the key of material plant management. To solve the problem of storage location choice, an optimization criterion of storage location was establised in order to improve material plant utilization and raw material ingredient stability. Furthermore, triangular fuzzy number and AHP were used to build a new kind of storage location optimization model. The results have shown that the optimization model can significantly improve material plant utilization and raw material ingredients stability, which has promising applications in industries.
