    Abstract:

    Bioinformatics analysis indicates that the promoter of OsBBX30 contains function element HSE, which is related with adversity. In this study, it is found that OsBBX30 gene expression is induced by heat stress, which enhances the E. coli heat resistant ability through bioinformatics,Gene clone prokaryotic expression and real-time quantitative PCR analysis. The results are helpful in understanding the family genes and rice heat resistant genes.
