Abstract:阐述了以AlCl3·6H2O、Ca(OH)2、漂白精和稳定剂M为原料研制新型混凝-氧化剂(简称ROJ)的制备方法及其作用机理.ROJ用于处理合乳化油废水的实验结果表明;CODcr去除率达80%~85%,油和浊度去除率达90%~95%,与目前常用的混凝剂Al2(SO4)3、PAC、PFS及FeSO4相比,ROJ具有处理效果好,处理费用低的特点.
