Abstract:用ETCO算法对SRAM进行了内建自测试设计.首先说明了设计的原理,进而对电路中所用的各个单元电路进行了设计,主要包括地址计数器、数据计数器和BIST控制器等.设计出的电路可针对具体的故障模型设置相应的测试长度,从而获得预期的故障覆盖率.测试时不需存储正确响应,并可通过一个响应标志位表示检测的结果.可测性部分对电路硬件的开销较小,所设计的电路在工作站上已成功通过仿真,此电路可广泛应用于嵌入式SRAM,以降低电路的测试难度.
Abstract:生物分子固定化或传感界面设计技术是研制压电免疫传感器的关键之一.本文结合电聚合膜和聚电解质静电吸附组装技术,提出了一种新的压电免疫传感器中生物分子固定化方法,研制成一种检测补体C3的压电免疫传感器.研究了pH值、抗体稀释比和温育温度等抗体的固定化条件,讨论了传感器采用这种固定化方法的响应与再生性能,并与戊二醛键合固定化法进行比较.结果表明,该传感器的响应频移值大,在补体C3浓度为7.75μg/mL时。采用该法频移值达239Hz,而采用戊二醛键合固定化法频移值仅163Hz;灵敏度高,最小检出浓度达0.078μg/mL;选择性较好,对同浓度的牛血清白蛋白(BSA)响应很小,仅为35Hz.此外,该传感器能重复使用20次以上,具有较好的再生性能.

Abstract:采用超临界二氧化碳流体萃取技术,提取了百合中的秋水仙碱,并用高效液相色谱法测定了萃取物中秋水仙碱含量;通过正交实验对萃取条件进行了优化筛选,确定了适宜的工艺参数.结果表明:百合粉经氨水碱化后,在40℃,18MPa,以乙醇作提携剂时萃取效果最佳.萃取物中秋水仙碱含量可由植物中的0.049%提高到6.40%.

Abstract:分别采用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)法和X-射线衍射分析(XRD)法测量了Ni74Si10B16非晶合金550℃等温退火21min,22min,23min与25min后的结晶度XC,并对其测量结果进行了讨论.确认通过DSC方法测量的非晶合金退火样结晶度,在一定程度上能较好地反映非晶合金晶化的程度,并且其测量精度与简便性优于XRD方法.而对于部分晶化非晶合金晶化相相含量的测量和分析表明:DSC法只能测量析出单相合金的相含量,对于析出多相合金的情况则不如XRD法有效.
