Abstract:利用Devanathan Stachurski电化学法和失重法,在不同浓度的硫化氢溶液中研究16MnR钢的腐蚀速率和稳态氢渗透电流密度随硫化氢质量分数变化的规律.实验结果表明,其变化规律可用3个不同的线性方程拟合,通过数学处理,求得16MnR钢的腐蚀速率和渗氢电流密度之间的定量方程.H2S的质量分数超过160×10-6以后,腐蚀产物Fe2+与H2S反应形成FeS(1-x)沉积物附着在钢的表面上,使腐蚀速率减小.H2S腐蚀的渗氢效率约在10-4的数量级范围.

Abstract:阐明了采用粉末微电极循环伏安法估测锂离子电池(LIB)炭负极材料的循环性能的原理.采用该法研究了经高温热处理后具有良好贮锂结构的石油焦试样在1mol/L LiClO4/EC DEC(1:1)电解液中的循环性能.实验结果表明,该试样是一种循环性能优越的LIB负极材料:充、放电到第500循环时,放电容量仍保持了最大放电容量的85.02%,充、放电效率为94.96%;同时也证明了粉末微电极循环伏安法用于估测LIB炭负极材料的循环性能的可行性.

Abstract:利用盾叶薯蓣的茎段为外植体诱导愈伤组织,转移到分化培养基培养获得了试管苗和微块茎.取带绿色芽点的微块茎或愈伤组织置于0.05%或0.02%的秋水仙碱诱变处理24~72h,经过培养筛选获得了大量的变异试管苗,诱变率达57.4%.细胞学鉴定后获得了染色体数目为2n=4z=48(z=12)的同源四倍体盾叶薯蓣新材料.该材料的生长势强,块茎粗大,在相同生长条件下其幼嫩块茎的皂素含量比对照提高了20%,是高皂素药用薯蓣新种质,将在医药种质资源生产上具有重要的推广价值.四倍体盾叶薯蓣无菌短枝生根困难,采用微块茎为繁殖体,其生根率达100%,并有较高的移栽成活率,所以,诱导微块茎是四倍体盾叶薯蓣快速繁殖的理想途径.

Abstract:采用内燃机噪声声功率级测定的工程法和简易法对湖南动力机厂的6105Q-C型车用柴油机进行了噪声声功率级的测试.测试发现,该柴油机在标定工况下的噪声声功率级为113dB(A),已满足国际规定要求,并且低于我国中小型功率柴油机噪声限值及国内同类机型产品的噪声值.但从试验数据看,喷油泵、进气管所在端面及项面噪声辐射较显著,声压级略高;从频谱看,1000~2000Hz范围内噪声最大.本文对上述问题提出了分析与改进意见.
