Abstract:高合金含量的Al-Mn,Al-Cr合金(质量分数大于10%)中Mn,Cr含量高,传统铸造组织十分粗大,力学性能很差,不能应用.本文采用固液混合铸造技术制备了Al-20%Mn,Al-10%Cr合金.实验结果表明,合金的显微组织明显细化,其平均晶粒尺寸都能控制在10μm以下,且晶粒呈球形或近球形,压铸材料的力学性能为:σb=100~110MPa,σ0.2,=70~80MPa.随着粉末加入量的增加,合金晶粒逐渐细化.这两种合金可以应用为耐磨、耐蚀材料.

Abstract:以天然鳞片石墨和椰壳活性炭为原料,在Hummers法基础上制备了氧化石墨和氧化活性炭,研究了液相天然鳞片石墨和椰壳活性炭氧化前后的结构与性能的变化.结果表明:液相氧化过程中存在表面氧化和层间氧化两种氧化反应机制,石墨质材料既有表面氧化也有层间氧化,而炭质材料则以表面氧化为主.表面氧化的结果使氧化石墨和氧化活性炭中均含有大量极性基团,这些基团的存在使它们表现出较强的极性和一定的化学活性.层间氧化使氧化石墨的层间距由原石墨的0.3354nm增加到0.8981nm,石墨片层之间的基团及H2O分子的存在是层间距增大的主要原因.在稀的碱性溶液中,氧化石墨层离后为针状或扁球状纳米颗粒,颗粒之间存在一定的团聚,而氧化活性炭为球状纳米颗粒,团聚后呈直链状.

Abstract:对三角形接法的三绕组单相电容感应电动机的瞬态过程进行仿真分析.为了得到瞬态特性,建立了三角形(△)接法的三绕组单相电容感应电动机在αβ坐标系下的瞬态数学模型,编写计算机仿真程序,通过实例对三角形接法的三绕组单相电容感应电动机的瞬态过程进行仿真计算;用对称分量法分析了三绕组单相电容感应电动机最小不对称运行时需要满足的条件,并由此初步计算电容的数值,然后通过计算机仿真加以确定.对仿真结果进行分析.仿真结果表明:三角形接法三绕组单相电容运转电动机起动转矩较小,适合于对起动要求不高的风机泵类负载;对于起动要求较高或较大的恒转矩负载,可采用双值电容来实现.三角形接法三绕组单相电容电动机带负载的能力约为三相感应电动机在额定电压下对称运行时的0.7倍左右.

Abstract:进行了野外大比例(1:2)土-箱形基础-框架结构动力相互作用模型的试验研究.在假定环境激励是有限带宽白噪声的前提下,用NEXT法测试并分析了该7层框架结构模型脉动响应信号及其动力特性.借助在Matlab环境下编制的程序计算各点响应的功率谱,得到了模型前5阶自振频率.通过现场实测值与底部固结假定下结构三维有限元计算理论值的比较发现,考虑土-结构动力相互作用(SSI)时的自振频率比不考虑土-结构动力相互作用时结柏第一阶自振频率最大降低8.5%.

Abstract:对结构静力弹塑性分析方法的物理意义进行了探讨,指出了该方法存在的一些局限,提出由结构前三阶振型的线性加权组合确定结构位移形状向量或将前三阶振型分别确定为前三个位移形状向量,并在把MDOF体系转换为等效SDOF体系和进行等效SDOF体系的动力时程分析时,将结构区分为屈服前和屈服后两种不同的状态、数值结果表明:采用改进的方法以后,目标位移计算精度明显提高,对结构的损伤评估结果与试验观测结果吻合.
Abstract:针对目前语音合成技术中提高语音合成自然度这一难点,研究了数据挖掘在语音合成中的应用.首先通过选取基频曲线中的最高音基频值(N1)和最低音基频值(N2)优化韵律参数,然后将其运用到关联规则对韵律参数进行规则提取的方法中,提出了优化韵律参数后的规则提取过程,并对原有的Apriori算法进行改进而获得更适合语音合成的HLApriori算法,通过该算法可以将原有Apriori算法得到的规则进一步细分,从而得到更多研究者感兴趣的规则.

Abstract:研究了工业中常遇到的先将原料板切割成加工拼板后,再将拼板切割成单元板的一类矩形板材切割问题,此类问题归结为二维排布的双层优化,针对单元板在拼板上和拼板在原料板上的4种不同排布情形,建立了统一的非线性整数规划模型,根据问题的特点,给出了该模型的一个化双层优化为单层优化的求解算法,实际应用中,该算法能在数秒钟内按工艺要求给出最优切割方案,与传统方法相比,料板利用率常可提高5%~10%.
