Abstract:探讨了氩弧焊工艺参数对镁合金焊接接头质量的影响,采用金相显微镜,对AZ31镁合金薄板TIG焊接接头进行了微观组织观察、用X-射线衍射仪等分析测试手段对相组成和力学性能进行了分析,结果发现:焊接电流为40A和45A时,焊接接头的力学性能最好,(σb为205MPa),为母材强度的80%左右,断裂总是发生在热影响区,焊缝区组织呈细小的等轴晶,主要存在α-Mg和Mg17Al12两种相,热影响区组织较粗大。
Abstract:以Ce(NO3)3·6H2O为铈源,(NH-4)2CO3·H2O为沉淀剂,并加入少量PEG4000作为分散剂,采用液相沉淀法制备前驱体Ce2(CO3)3·H2O,前驱体经热处理合成了纳米CeO2.通过XRD,DTA/TG,TEM,BET及杂质含量分析,并根据XRD线宽法,按Scherrer公式计算平均晶粒尺寸,结合相对密度的测定研究了在不同热处理温度下纳米CeO2性能的变化.结果表明前驱体经300℃焙烧1 h已完全形成CeO2,属于立方晶系,空间群为Fm3m,原生晶粒粒径为5 nm左右,颗粒粒径为20 nm左右,比表面积达140.61 m2/g,孔径分布为5~15 nm,孔径峰值为9.3 nm,纯度≥99.97%;随焙烧温度提高,将引起CeO2晶粒尺寸和相对密度显著增大,比表面积减少.

Abstract:从驾驶员心理学和生理学角度探讨了汽车夜间会车时眩目的机理.由于传统的前照灯配光设计停留在二维的层面上,设计周期长,且配光效果差,很难达到防眩目的要求.本文通过Reflector CAD软件反求出了符合ECE法规配光要求的自由曲面前照灯反射镜的三维模型,该模型可以直接用于数控程序的编制,减小了前照灯的设计成本和设计周期,利用TracePro软件对模型进行近光配光的仿真实验,通过光线追踪的方法避免了实际配光实验时调整反射镜配光所需的反复制造过程,同时又保证了前照灯防眩目的效果。

Abstract:在传统的汽车保险奖惩系统中,索赔次数是唯一的经验定价因素,但这不能真实地反映每位投保人的风险.针对这个问题,本文构建了一个同时考虑索赔次数和索赔事故责任比例两个因素的奖惩系统,并在假设任一保单持有人在以往年度的平均索赔事故责任比例服从[0,1]上的均匀分布的基础上,证明了这样构造的奖惩系统是最优的——能保持财务上的平衡。
