Abstract:以氧化锌精矿为原料,采用湿化学方法制备出ZnO纳米晶须,并就具体的精矿提纯及晶须合成工艺进行了研究.结果表明:经酸溶精矿,净化除杂先得到纯净ZnSO4溶液,然后在70℃以3.1mol/LNaOH溶液沉淀1.25mol/L该ZnSO4溶液合成ZnO前驱体。最后经干燥煅烧可制得ZnO纳米晶须.通过TEM形貌观察和XRD物相分析,所得ZnO为针状结构,直径20~30nm,长度可达350nm,其物相是六方晶系纤锌矿结构.
