Abstract:传统的或改进型的中值滤波器,很难在图像噪声滤除和细节保留两方面兼顾与平衡.本文基于粗神经元构建了一种粗集神经网络,该粗集神经网络对5×5中值滤波器和多级FIR中值混合滤波器MFMHF(Multilevel FIR-Median Hybrid Filter)的处理结果进行融合.由于粗神经元的不可微性,BP算法不再适用,因此本文采用遗传算法GA来进行网络权值的学习,同时融入具有局部搜索能力的爬山法改善了进化后期的计算效率.仿真试验表明,粗集神经网络在图像融合滤波方面的性能优于BP网络和一般的中值滤波器.

Abstract:利用微波等离子体沉膜技术和溶胶-凝胶法在载玻片上制备同时掺Fe3 和N的TiO2膜,经500℃焙烧后所得光催化剂性能较好.分别以紫外和可见光为光源,光催化降解茜素红,结果发现:掺铁量均为0.1%的Fe-N/TiO2较Fe/TiO2的光催化活性好,而且可见光的利用率明显增强;UV-Vis扫描显示掺铁0.1%的Fe-N/TiO2紫外吸收峰较其他TiO2光催化剂强且明显红移.XRD谱图结果表明,分别在500℃和550℃焙烧后的0.1?-N/TiO2,均为锐钛矿型,晶体粒度分别为15.3 nm和20.6 nm,XPS谱图显示Fe-N/TiO2有N1s谱峰.

Abstract:从自制的SiO2和SiC涂层/三维碳纤维编织体出发,采用溶胶浸渍-原位分解法得到三维碳纤维编织体/涂层/Al2O3陶瓷复合材料.采用等温氧化失重、XRD、SEM、电子拉伸试验等测试手段研究了涂层对碳纤维编织体抗氧化性、复合材料力学性能的影响及复合材料的强韧化机理.结果表明:涂层可明显提高碳纤维编织体的抗氧化性能;梯度SiC涂层可明显改善纤维与陶瓷颗粒的界面结合性能,使复合材料的强度、断裂韧性和弹性模量分别增加5~10倍,材料的断裂呈层间紧密的复合断裂;裂纹扩展和断口分析表明,复合材料的强韧化机理为Cf的拔出、桥接和诱导裂纹偏转.

Abstract:研究了Mn部分替代DyFe11Ti中的Fe对化合物结构和磁性的影响.利用真空电弧熔炼和真空热处理制备了DyFe11-xMnxTi(1.0≤x≤5.0)化合物样品.X-射线衍射和热磁曲线测量表明:用Mn部分取代DyFe11 Ti中的Fe仍保持ThMn12型结构,且具有较好的单相性;晶格常数a和单胞体积V随Mn含量的增加而增大;在DyFe7Mn4Ti化合物的热磁曲线上观察到了补偿点;随着Mn含量的增加,化合物在4.4 K温度下的饱和磁化强度逐渐减小,在某一成分点为零.而后随Mn含量的继续增加而增大.

Abstract:通过力学性能测试、金相和透射电镜观察等手段研究了热挤压态Cu-0.12Al2O3弥散强化铜合金的组织与性能.结果表明:挤压态Cu-Al2O3弥散强化铜合金的主要强化机制是细晶强化和弥散强化.细小的Al2O3相钉扎位错,强烈抑制基体的再结晶,造成材料小晶粒、多晶界效应,其平均亚晶粒大小仅为2~4μm.同时对不同强制机制对合金强度的贡献进行了定量计算,计算值与实验值吻合较好.
