Abstract:通过对羟基苯甲醛双缩对苯二胺席夫碱(AZ)与环氧氯丙烷在NaOH液中缩合,合成一种新型环氧树脂(DGEAZ).采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振波谱(1H-NMR)、元素分析(EA)确定了物质的结构.通过示差扫描热分析(DSC)、热失重分析(TGA和UL 94V垂直燃烧测试分别考察了树脂的固化反应特性、热性能和阻燃性能.结果表明,该树脂具有和双酚A环氧树脂(DGEBA)相当的反应活性;固化后的树脂具有较高的成炭率(800℃,43.55%)和较好的阻燃性能(UL-94V-0级).

Abstract:氢氧化铯催化下,以THF作溶剂,在低温(-20℃)、空气中,三甲硅基乙炔与二芳基二硒醚反应20 h,给出摩尔比为70∶30的二苯硒基乙炔和三苯硒基乙烯的混合物,产率为96%;而在室温进行,反应速度大大加快,仅需1 h,得到摩尔比为5∶55∶45的二苯硒基乙炔、三苯硒基乙烯和(Z)-1,2-二苯硒基乙烯的混合物,产率为92%;在氮气保护及室温下反应1 h,以95%的产率生成唯一的产物(Z)-1,2-二苯硒基乙烯.溶剂对反应速度和反应结果也有较大的影响.以DMF作溶剂,即使在-20℃,也能使反应有效发生,高产率的生成唯一的产物(Z)-1,2-二苯硒基乙烯.讨论了反应机理.

Abstract:以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸羟乙脂、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯等对树支状多元醇进行改性,合成了可快速光固化的新型树枝状聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树酯(DPUA),并通过红外光谱,核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了分析表征.同时测试的结果表明:固化膜具有适当的硬度和柔韧性,较好的附着力,热分解温度可达到208℃.

Abstract:采用蒸发凝聚法制备了Al-M(M=Cu,Fe,Cr,Mn)合金纳米粉末,研究了粉末中的相生成规律.实验结果表明,纳米粉末的相组成及其相对含量主要是由母合金的成分决定的.在Al-Cu合金纳米粉末中生成的合金相有-θCuAl2,γ2-Al4Cu9,-βAlCu3,Cu在Al中的最大固溶度明显高于Al-Cu平衡相图上的值.在Al-Fe合金纳米粉末中生成了Al13Fe4和FeAl2相.在Al-Mn和Al-Cr合金纳米粉末中则分别生成了-βMnAl6,η2-Al8Mn5相和Al13Cr2,Cr9Al17相.纳米颗粒的组织和形貌与纯金属纳米粒子的差异很大.讨论了合金纳米粒子的形成机理.
