Abstract:柠檬酸作络合剂和燃料,硝酸盐作氧化剂,利用柠檬酸硝酸盐低温燃烧法合成了具有单一组成的Ce0.8Y0.2O1.9超细粉体.研究了不同氧化剂用量对凝胶的燃烧特性及粉体性能的影响.用TG-DTA,XRD,FTIR,TEM,Raman等分析方法对凝胶的分解和合成粉体的性能进行了表征.结果表明,通过调节氧化剂的用量,可以控制粉体的粒度及产物中碳酸盐的含量.TEM研究表明,改变氧化剂的加入量可以获得颗粒尺寸约为40 nm、粒度分布均匀的粉体.Raman光谱研究表明,随氧化剂用量的增加,氧空位的浓度增大.

Abstract:对直接浸渗法制备MoSi2/SiC复合材料在1 300℃下的氧化试样的质量变化进行了研究.观察与分析了氧化层的形貌和相组成.结果表明,复合材料在该温度下保温时间较短时其氧化模式为硅、钼同时氧化,复合材料表现为失重,形成的氧化层结构疏松,存在大量气孔;保温时间较长时氧化模式为硅的选择性氧化,材料表面形成致密的SiO2氧化层,复合材料表现为增重.同时复合材料的抗氧化性与材料的孔隙率和SiC颗粒大小有关,孔隙率越高,SiC颗粒越小,抗氧化性越差.研究表明MoSi2/SiC复合材料可用作1 300℃下的抗氧化材料.

Abstract:以污水厂剩余污泥为原料,以氯化锌和硝酸铁为活化药剂,制备了新型碳质催化剂,主要制备步骤包括化学活化、浸渍、热解和洗涤.通过扫描电镜、BET表面积和热重分析对催化剂进行了表征分析.结果显示,催化剂表面具有丰富的孔结构,BET比表面积可达307 m2/g或更大.考察了它们在NH3选择催化还原NOx中的催化活性,同时考察了n(Zn2 )/n(Fe3 )、热解温度、氧气体积分数对催化剂活性的影响.实验结果表明:控制n(Zn2 )/n(Fe3 )为1∶0.5,750℃热解制得的催化剂活性最好,在反应温度400℃时最高NOx转化率可达98.3%;催化反应在氧气体积分数为15%,温度350~450℃条件下进行较好.
