Abstract:基于H2和H∞性能对粘弹性阻尼器消能结构中阻尼器进行布置,具有一定的优化效果;而针对只有一个薄弱层或某一薄弱层突出的结构,将该层控制输出作为唯一的控制输出,消能减震效果将明显改观.利用Matlab中LMI工具箱和优化工具箱可以方便地确定阻尼器在结构中的优化位置及相应的数量.通过结构响应计算可以合理地选择所需阻尼器的数量.选用一栋10层混凝土框架结构对优化方法进行了验证,非线性时程分析结果表明了其优越性.

Abstract:研究了快速热处理系统中卤钨灯阵列的排列方式和硅片接受到的辐照度均匀性的关系,设计了一种可以满足硅片温度均匀性要求的轴对称排列的灯阵列形式.卤钨灯分布在三个半径分别为5,10,16.8 cm的同心圆上,线密度分别为0.127,0.191,0.341cm-1,加热头高度为10.2 cm.此时辐照度的标准差有最小值,保证了硅片边缘和硅片中心能够得到尽可能一致的辐照.接着进行了P离子注入快速热退火试验,测量比较了退火后样品的方块电阻值,获得了快速热退火的最佳温度时间关系参数.对于剂量7.0×1015cm-2,能量60 keV的P离子注入,快速热退火的最佳温度为1000°C,稳定10 s.

Abstract:在25 ℃,污泥浓度20 g/L条件下,以硫酸铁为萃取剂对两种污泥(W1&W2)进行重金属浸出研究.结果表明,向污泥中投加硫酸铁能导致污泥酸化和污泥中重金属的溶出.投加量越大,污泥pH值降得越低,重金属的溶出率也越高.向W1中投加按Fe3 计算为1.5 g/L硫酸铁时,其pH值降至3.02,Cd,Cu,Zn溶出率分别可达到82.5%,70.9%和89.0%;向W2中投加4.5 g/L Fe3 ,其pH值降至3.19,Cd,Cu,Zn的溶出率分别可达到80.0%,88.2%和92.1%.在相同pH条件下,Fe3 比硫酸能更有效浸出污泥中重金属;用Fe3 浸提污泥中重金属能达到与生物淋滤法同等的溶出效果,并缩短了反应时间.用Fe3 浸出污泥中重金属具有一定可行性.

Abstract:为了实现结构简单且截止频率可调的多功能N阶电流模式滤波器,提出了一种多输入单输出多功能N阶CCCⅡ(电流控制第二代电流传输器)-C(电容)电流模式滤波器的设计方法.该方法利用信号流图理论构造出N阶多输入单输出电流模式滤波器的信号流图,再根据信号流图综合出滤波器电路.用该方法可以实现出N阶低通、带通、高通及带阻电流模式滤波器.N阶滤波器电路仅由N个CCCⅡ,N个电容及一个多端输出的电流镜构成,且电路中的CCCⅡ仅为CCCⅡ (同相CCCⅡ)而无CCCⅡ-(反相CCCⅡ).通过改变CCCⅡ的外接直流偏置电流可以调节滤波器的截止频率.另外,用该方法所设计的电路参数仅由标准传递函数分母的两项系数之比决定.最后对截止频率为100 kHz的四阶巴特沃斯滤波器进行了仿真,验证了该方法及电路的正确性.
