Abstract:提出了一种以测量机器人为采集器,通过获取合作目标的几何信息进行桥梁挠度测量的新方法,从测量系统误差、偶然误差两个方面分析了测量机器人的测角及测距误差,并探讨了竖直角、视距对挠度测量误差的影响,同时依据最小二乘原理分析了该方法的测量精度.经分析得知:如果仪器至后视点距离小于150 m,至目标点距离小于200 m,挠度测量精度将优于±1 mm.在实际工程中,该方法测量的挠度值与电子水准仪测量的挠度值差异小于0.22 mm,相对误差小于3.3%,表明该方法在大跨径桥梁检测中完全能满足测试要求.

Abstract:在丙烯酸酯乳液聚合过程中,引入由正硅酸乙酯水解原位形成的纳米SiO2,制备了纳米SiO2/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液.利用红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)以及综合热分析等手段对所制备的乳胶膜进行了表征.结果表明,该复合乳液中无机相网络与有机相网络相互穿插,所得涂膜的热分解温度及热稳定性较相应的丙烯酸酯类乳液干膜有显著的提高.

Abstract:以合金化元素与组织和性能关系为研究对象,从42组实验数据中,选取33个作为训练样本,9个作为验证样本,采用BP神经元网络原理,以珠光体球墨铸铁组织和力学性能的主要影响元素作为输入量,模型由3层神经元组成,分别为输入层、隐含层和输出层,建立了合金成分对珠光体含量的影响规律的神经网络模型,珠光体含量、铁素体含量及球化率和硬度及强度关系的神经元网络模型.用建立的网络模型预测结果表明,该方法对球墨铸铁的珠光体含量和力学性能预测具有很好的准确性,有效地解决了球墨铸铁化学成分、显微组织与力学性能之间的关系难于描述的问题.
