Abstract:考虑岩土类材料拉压模量不同和应变线性软化特性,运用空间轴对称的统一强度理论分析了柱形孔扩张问题,推导出了圆孔扩张问题的应力场、位移场及最终扩张压力的统一解表达式,并在此基础上推导出了散体材料桩极限承载力计算公式.将该公式应用于某高速公路碎石桩复合地基中碎石桩极限承载力的计算,计算值与试验值吻合良好.最后,分析了不同拉压模量比、软化特性参数及其他计算参数对计算结果的影响.分析结果表明,采用传统弹性理论,不考虑拉压模量不同及应变软化的方法来计算会带来较大的误差.

Abstract:为了探讨非饱和土水膜中的重力水对总吸力的影响,根据饱和度大小情况,将非饱和土中的水、气形态分成了四类,即界限饱和度Sr1,Sr2,Sr3,Sr4.分析了非饱和土中的总吸力组成和水膜中重力水对总吸力的影响,并推导出界限饱和度Sr2条件重力水对总吸力影响的计算公式,在此基础上给出了颗粒级数分别为10-3mm~100mm的总吸力与饱和度的关系图.最后选择了一种试验值模拟比较.模拟比较表明,考虑重力水的作用下理论计算值与实测值更加吻合,从而证实了重力水对吸力的影响是不可忽略的.

Abstract:经希夫碱缩合反应,制得水杨醛亚胺配体(1),其Na盐分别与TiCl4和CpTi-Cl3反应合成了新型希夫碱钛配合物{3,5-di-Br-2-(O)C6H2CHN[2(O)C6H4]}TiCl2(2);{3,5-di-Br-2-(O)C6H2CHN[2(O)C6H4]}[TiCl(C5H5)](3).以GC-MS,1HNMR和元素分析对中间产物及配合物进行了表征.以Al(i-Bu)3为助催化剂,详细考察了聚合时间、温度、Al/Cat和MMA/Cat的摩尔比对催化MMA本体聚合的影响.两个催化体系的聚合转化率均可以达到62%左右.2/Al(i-Bu)3(A)催化体系在聚合条件MMA/Cat(摩尔比)=2 000,Al/Cat(摩尔比)=20,T=60℃,t=15 h下,Mη可以达到3.6×105,相对分子质量分布2.14;3/Al(i-Bu)3(B)催化体系在相同聚合条件下,Mη可以达到4.3×105,相对分子质量分布2.44.红外光谱分析表明,A,B两个催化体系所得的PMMA的间同含量分别为85%和86%左右.

Abstract:根据已报道的植物3-羟基,3-甲基戊二单酰辅酶A还原酶(HMGR)和环阿屯醇合成酶(CS)基因保守序列分别合成简并引物,先后从盾叶薯蓣(Dioscorea zingiberensis)幼苗中克隆了一段663 bp(HMGR-DZh)和一段1 245 bp(CS-DZc)的cDNA片段,经NCBI和CLUSTALW在线序列同源分析,结果表明,由HMGR-DZhcDNA推导的蛋白质与已报道植物HMGR氨基酸序列相似性达到63%~70%.由CS-DZc cDNA推导的蛋白质氨基酸序列中具有环氧角鲨烯环化酶(OSCs)特异保守结构域:DCTAE结构域和C末端的2个QW高度保守区,并与已报道植物环阿屯合成酶氨基酸序列相似性达到80%以上.本实验还分别以HMGR-DZh和CS-DZccDNA为探针进行了Southern和Northern杂交分析.Northern杂交分析表明,盾叶薯蓣HMGR-DZh基因的mRNA约为1.8~2 kb,CS-DZc基因的mRNA约为2~2.5 kb.
