      2013, 40(3):1-6.

      Abstract (953) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (14) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:In order to understand soil-structure dynamic interaction, tests were done about low frequency vibration exciting a large proportion of raft-foundation-steel frame in trough and on rigid foundation.Changing the stiffness of the superstructure, four contrast tests were conducted.By signal spectrum and time domain analysis, the frequency and dynamic responses of the steel frame were obtained, and it was found that the frequency and dynamic responses had something to do with the soil, which were mainly caused by the change of superstructure stiffness. The natural vibration frequency of structure reduced in trough compared with that on rigid foundation. As the superstructure stiffness increased, the reduction coefficient of frequency increased, which in the test was up to 21.63%.Also, the maximum shear force for columns, peak acceleration and displacement of each floor had obvious variation, and the reduction coefficient of acceleration could be up to 30%.

      2013, 40(3):21-25.

      Abstract (921) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (2) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The friction forces between connecting plates are not taken into account in the shear capacity calculation of high-strength bolted bearing-type joints in the current Codes, which is not consistent with the bearing mechanism of high strength bolts. The principle of virtual work was adopted to go through pre-stress simulation method, and the finite element method was adopted to analyze the loading process of bearing-type joints. The results show that, without considering the friction forces between connecting plates, when the bearing capacity of connection is controlled by bolt strength, the shear capacity of high-strength bolted bearing-type joints will be underestimated. In this paper, based on numerical simulation, a reasonable method considering friction forces between connecting plates was proposed to calculate shear capacity of high-strength bolted bearing-type joints.Compared with FEM results, the error of new method is less than 10%.

      Abstract (1169) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (4) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:A 3D model of the angular contact ball bearing C36018 for satellite was established with Pro/E.Then, the bearing with solid lubrication coating was simulated in explicit dynamics method.Dynamic contact stress and kinematic state under different rotating speeds and axial forces were obtained. Then, comparison was made with a bearing without solid coated lubrication. The result showed that the stress amplitude of the parts increased with the increase of axial force and the time for the ball and retainer to rotate reduced. The stress peak frequency also increased with the increase of rotating speed, while it had no effect on the magnitude. In addition, the contact face with solid lubrication coating formed local distortion to avoid hard contact between parts. Therefore, the bearing could be effectively protected.

      Abstract (1111) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (4) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:This paper proposed an improved proportional resonant(PR) controller, which was applied to the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system.Compared with the traditional PI controller, it can not only make the whole control system save a tedious coordinates transformation, but also remove cross-decoupling compensation and feed forward compensation influenced by temperature and electrical parameters, thus simplifying the control strategy.Simulation and experiment results show that the introduction of the improved PR controller to permanent magnet synchronous motor control system can achieve zero static error with the AC input signal, ant the system has a strong inhibitory ability in low-order harmonic and designated harmonic.

      2013, 40(3):65-70.

      Abstract (1017) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (5) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Molecular dynamic simulation was used to study the distribution of Re atoms in Ni and Ni3Al and its effect on the microstructure of Ni and Ni3Al.It was found that the content of Re markedly affected the formation of vacancies both in bulk Ni and Ni3Al.Doping Re at the Ni site, the damage on the Ni bulk was weaker than that on Ni3Al.The structures were stable when the content of Re was small in Ni.The damage became obvious when the content of Re increased. When doping Re at the Ni site in Ni3Al, the effect was more obvious. However, the damage on the Ni3Al bulk was very weak when Re atoms occupied the Al sites in Ni3Al.The effect became obvious as the content of Re was 1.0 % and the ratio of vacancy to atoms was about 1.0 %.Re atoms preferred the Al sites to the Ni sites in Ni3Al, and the damage of Re occupying the Al sites in Ni3Al was weaker than that occupying the Ni sites in Ni3Al.

    • Effects on the Gas Permeation of Proton Exchange Membrane in Low-temperature PEMFCs

      2013, 40(3):71-75.

      Abstract (1077) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (10) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Hydrogen and oxygen permeation of Nafion 211 membranes (25 μm thickness) was evaluated under variable temperatures, relative humidity (RH) and gas difference pressure between the anode and cathode (P).The results indicate that the gas permeation rate in the Nafion 211 membrane increases almost as exponential form with the rise of temperatures and as linear form with the rise of pressures. However, the effect of RH on the hydrogen permeation seems to be more complicated. At constant temperature the permeability goes through a minimum at intermediate relative humidity (approximately 40% RH).Temperature and pressure have more conspicuous effects on the super-thin membrane permeability compared with the RH.

      2013, 40(3):83-86.

      Abstract (886) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (6) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:17-Estradiol (E2), a typical natural estrin, was chosen to study the mixed effect of Cd with natural estrins. The aim is to understand the impact of Cd on human health.Human breast cancer cell MCF-7 increase examination was used to examine the estrogenicity. The results showed that Cd had estrogencity, but E2 dramatically decreased its effect.Cell cycle analyses showed that Cd, E2, and their mixture all increased the ratio of cells in the DNA synthetic phase and therefore promoted cell proliferation.Cell proliferation pathway analyses showed that Cd, E2, and mixture significantly reduced the expression of ERα protein in the cell. The rivalry effect between E2 and Cd was mainly from the MAPK signal transduction pathway.E2 and Cd both promoted the expression of Ki67 protein and prolification-related protein, but the mixture significantly reduced the expression of Ki67.

      2013, 40(3):87-92.

      Abstract (997) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (5) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:A method was introduced for hand posture recognition based on compressive sensing.Considering the limitations of a single feature, Zernike moment and HOG descriptors were fused to improve the robustness.Firstly, we constructed training dictionaries according to the characteristics, then the candidate target was expressed as a sparse combination of the corresponding training dictionary, and classification results were done through solving a l1-norm based optimization problem. The proposed method can take full advantage of each feature, which is robust to rotation, noise and varying illumination.Experiment results show that the algorithm is competitive to the state-of-the-art hand posture recognition methods, and is suitable for real-time application.
