    Abstract:
    运用协整分析和误差修正模型研究外商直接投资(FDI)对我国国内技术进步的影响作用，同时对FDI和国内投资的技术进步效应做了比较分析。分别采用全要素生产率、资本产出率两个指标来度量技术进步，利用我国1979～2000年的样本数据。实证结果表明，FDI对国内技术进步具有较大的技术外溢效应，而且误差修正模型检验结果表明FDI的技术外溢效应存在着一定的时滞。相比较而言，国内投资对我国技术进步的推动作用较小。

    Abstract:
    提出了一种采用改进型的BP神经网络诊断模拟电路故障的新方法。介绍了包括附加动量法和自适应学习速率法在内的改进型的BP网络算法，其中附加动量法是在每一个权值的变化上加上一项正比于前次权值变化量的值，不仅考虑了误差在梯度上的作用，而且考虑在曲面上变化趋势的影响；自适应学习速率是根据误差函数值的变化对学习率进行实时调整，可以保证网络总是以最大的学习速率学习。最后，本文给出了仿真实例，实验证明所提出的方法与传统方法相比有更好的实时性和诊断效率。

    通过对材料组成和结构的设计，获得了高炉渣和钢渣用量为55％－60％，抗弯强度大于300MPa，显微硬度达12GPa，耐磨性比GCr15钢高26倍的玻璃陶瓷。探讨了微晶化工艺条件对钢铁废渣玻璃陶瓷的显微结构和性能的影响，在一定工艺条件下所制备的玻璃陶瓷的晶相含量可达90％以上，晶粒大小仅0．1－0．3μm，多为等轴柱状晶，以辉石类为主晶相。

    Abstract:
    用盆栽法研究植物对土壤重金属 Cd的吸收富集和植物修复效应、土壤重金属 Cd浓度与土壤酶活性的关系 ,以及经植物修复后不同时间内土壤酶活性恢复情况。研究结果表明 :1植物对土壤 Cd污染具有富集和修复作用 ,但种间存在较大差异 ;2土壤脲酶活性随土壤 Cd浓度的增加而降低 ;3回归分析表明土壤脲酶活性与土壤 Cd浓度显著相关 ,可表示出土壤受 Cd污染程度 ;4受 Cd污染的土壤经过植物修复后 ,脲酶活性得到恢复 ,可根据脲酶活性恢复状况判断植物的修复效果。

    电能质量有多个分项指标，必须归一量化，以适应电能商品论质论价的要求，这是电力市场化改革提出的新课题。本文提出了基于日周期的电能质量量化和评价方法，这种方法以概率统计和矢量代数为基础，先将电能质量的分项指标（通常是时间的函数）量化和量一化，再采用矢量代数将分项指标归一量化，得到评价电能质量的综合唯一量化指标。给出了分级评价电能商品质量综合唯一量化指标的方法，使电能商品优质和优价一一对应成为可能，为电力市场输电服务的深入研究奠定了基础。
